"When forming the squad, we decided to fully rely on the authority and experience of the coach," 1WIN's operations manager, Vladimir "Kayos" Ivanov, said in a statement posted by the organization on VK.
"Unfortunately, by the middle of the season it became clear that the squad was not developing at the pace that would suit us. Now, looking back, it becomes clear that replacing Jyo was not the best idea."
Abay "HObbit" Khassenov and Vladislav "lattykk" Vydrin, the team's two highest-rated players, remain on the roster and will be a part of the organization's rebuild which will be focused on "young and eager players."
