Pues na, q anoxe reinstale steam xq la sensi me iba RARISIMA no se xq como si tubiera la alfombrilla de gelatina imposible apuntar T_T y weno cuando lo voy a instalar de nuevo me da un fallo to raro:
WiseCustomCalla.dll could not be found or corrupt blablabla... una ayudita, gracias.
Por lo que he leído en otras páginas, parece ser un problema actual, ya que los post's son de hace pocos días. También dicen que han probado a instalar el cliente de Steam, y nada. No te voy a decir Format C:, porque es tontería. Pienso que será algún problema de las nuevas actualizaciones. Se lo están currando los de Steam e...¬¬ Prueba desinstalando todo, y borrando registro cualquier de Steam en tu pc. Y vuelve a instalar
eso es lo q he hecho, desinstalar, borrar todos los registros, etc. TODO pero sigue igual.

Cause
The current user does not have administrative rights or may be included a non-administrative rights user group.
Solution or Workaround
Log on as administrator or give the current user profile full administrator rights and install again.
If the current user is an administrator, check that their profile is not also included in a user group that does not have administrative rights.
