El APPSERV me da este error:

No e tocao nada, simplemente reinicie el PC y listo, me pasa con varias evrsiones de APPSERV q e probao, alguien sabe como arreglarlo sin reinstalar?? esq cada vez q lo instalo puedo andar bien, asta q reinicio y siempre sale eso en phpmyadmin
