While I was working here in Spain I felt like my work wasn't acknowledged at all, simply I worked 8h a day and until the next day. I'm sure I don't have to move out of Spain to find that, but in this days is too hard to get that acknowledgement.

Both "too" and "too much" mean "demasiado", but you use them in a different way.
Too + adjective
Too much + noun (uncountable) / Too many + noun (countable)
Difficult is an adjective, so you only need to write "too difficult".
#1411 Since I've been here we've only have 3 weeks of sun and a warm weather, and when I'm talking about warm I mean 20º max.
It's not big deal, I have a job, a big apartment, a brand new ps3 and Frankfurt Hahn airport is 30 minutes away from here by car. Who cares about the weather?! I could be in Madrid in 2 hours If I'd want it!

I'm planning about moving to Amsterdam with some friends after the grape harvest in France (mid-July/August), where we'll be working to make some money for rents and shit before looking for a job there. It's a leap of faith, but every place seems better than Spain in this bad times...
