Y yo con mi super inglés de traductor les dije que eso no había resuelto mi problema y que tenía problemas para acceder al b2k desde mi cuenta,
Me respondieron diciendo I am very sorry to inform you that this is a known issue for few players and our engineers are still working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible. I really appreciate your patience and cooperation.
I also request you to visit the game forum regarding this known issue.
