Por lo visto el juego lleva en desarrollo 3 años con 360 como plataforma principal. Según el productor del juego esta inspirado por Mirror's Edge, Riddick y Blade Runner. Llevamos a un tal Killian Samuels (sheriff y encargado de una prisión) y habrá componente stealth en los mapas que serán bastante amplios. Nada de multiplayer, 3D, Kinect o Move. Al 2012.

- Different kinds of ammo, weapons can be customized/rebuilt
- Producer: "Who would pick the MP mode of Prey 2 ahead of the one in for example Halo Reach? We'd rather to a really good SP adventure"
