Q stands for questioner, D stands for Dopa
Q: How did you (Dopa) reach rank one in China in only one month?
D: I didn't think I could climb to rank one this fast. When I arrived China I put all my efforts into playing, and naturally I got to ranked one, but its kind of surprising to be honest.
Q: Whats the difference of the Chinese server and the Korean server?
D: I feel like players in Chinese server love team fighting and emphasize on defending turrets too. They are tough players and won't surrender easily. Its interesting to play with them.
Q: It seems like it takes relatively less effort for you to play in the challenger tier than other tiers, which tier do you think is the toughest?
D: In challenger games, people have the desire to win, and players have a decent level of skills, so its easier to work with and therefore wining is easier too. The most difficult tier should be Diamond one. Players' skill level differs a lot in that tier.
Q: So you are the type of player who seeks perfection of the game, you would often question yourself what could be done better etc, how do you manage to do that and keep that mentality?
D: I'm sensitive to my own mistakes, often times your teammates make mistakes too, but I'm sure I didn't do my best either. I would look back to the parts where I didn't do well and try to improve , in order to better my game play.
Q: Do you think you'll reach 2000LP? Did you meet any outstanding players?
D: I have two goals now. One is to reach 1500LP on my main account, another is to get rank two on my other account. I'd choose one to achieve. There are two players I met that impress me a lot. One is Rightherewaiting, he plays a mean yasuo; another one's IGN is 芜湖神, both of them are really good players.
Q: You are really popular now, your stream reaches 100k viewers daily, and you beat faker on stream too, what do you think about these?
D: Maybe Faker's advertising stuff aren't as good as mine, I got so popular because of YY Company's advertisement. If Faker joins YY maybe he'd be even more popular in that sense.
Q: Did you watch the Season 4 world championship? Can you give us some thoughts about it?
D: I spent a lot of time of streaming, so I didn't watch every game. I did read a lot of news though, I know they're SSW is in pretty good shape, and I'll definitely keep an eye on them.
Q: Have you thought of going professional to prove yourself?
D: I mainly play solo queue for this game, but then I did think of going pro. However this game is a team based game, you need synergy with your teammates. I didn't quite find the players that synergize well with me so I gave it up.
Q: You put all your effort into streaming, have you thought of hanging around this city(GuangZhou)?
D: When I arrived this place I have my goals to achieve, so I spent all my time of playing other than Life basics. Now that I achieved my goal, I think I will spend time exploring this city.
Q: It is full of Korean food in your kitchen cabinet, did you not get used to Chinese food?
D: Yea I didn't really get used to them, but the people who came along with me seem to like the food here.
Q: What does your family think about you streaming in China? Will you stay in China and stream in the future?
D: My family is really supportive, I will stay at YY and do this. Its actually not a bad idea staying in China and develop.
Q: What do you think about Miya, shes really popular now.
D: I feel like Miya is a very caring person. She makes me feel comfortable, sometimes its feels like mom cause she takes good care of me, haha.
