Having good camera work and game knowledge apparently means you're a scripter by default.
Before you can accuse anyone of any kind of scripting, you have to analyse it consistently.
From quickly re-watching the vod, he misses tons of skillshots.
As for the ults:
At 22:08 -> He does a prediction move. After the first shot lands in vision he saw in which direction she ulted and he can then use his knowledge of the approximate distance of Ahri's ult to land that second charge in the direction he just saw. After the second one hit, he very briefly gets vision, but actually the last and deciding ult charge could have not hit. PePii decides to go with predicting Ryu does the conventional move - spirit rushing straight forward (again the same distance that he knows about), and by chance he's right. If at any point Ryu didn't ult straight, he wouldn't have died.
At 32:32: He has vision from a pink ward for the first two, and the last third is a good guesstimate: Why would he dash further back to the enemy team? Logically he would choose the fastest rute to safety, and that's what he did going towards the bended bush.
At 37:47: He has approximate vision from his teammate Jax and only has to land one charge, which he does.
At 42:36: The most definitive disproof of scripting - he has full vision throughout and only lands 2/3.
At 46:46: Again, full vision and CC on the targets.
Again, I have to stress that all of those ults were entirely possible and plausible without scripting and that if he really did use scripts, he wouldn't miss as many other skillshots as he did.
The bottom line, however, I think, is that there's some kind of disbelief of people being really precise with skillshots in this community and an almost blind facination with everything that's done as fast as possible. There's room for both, and more too.
Final tip: Before you accuse anyone of scripting again, try and see for yourself if there were any moves that had superhuman (less than 100ms?) reaction speed. If not, they're probably not scripting

Solo he visto el tercer partido (he llegado a casa, he buscado los vods en youtube, y al aparecerme el "game 3" he tenido que ir directamente), y el primero he visto que han perdido, en el segundo ha sacado carrito pepinero entonces? en el tercero lo ha hecho bien, pero es que en reddit le ponen como mvp con 72% de votos creo.

Veis la velocidad a la que dropea las r? Bien, NO HAY OTRA. El simple hecho de que los tiempos de lanzamiento entre ultis sea distinto convierte esto en una falacia.
Además, quien haya visto a pepi jugar sabrá como lo hace. No hay mucho que discutir.

#3625 a Dade siempre se le ha conocido por ser MUY irregular. Cuando tenia un buen dia parecia Faker sin embargo cuando tenia un mal dia daba mucha pena verlo.
Su debilidad es la fase de lineas, no se le da especialmente bien. Su punto fuerte son las teamfights (incluso cuando va por detras en oro).
#3625 Hay un dicho en las worlds: "hacer un dade." que significa que lo gana todo en korea si esta bien, o demuestra un nivel enorme y luego en la competición da pena verlo. YA van dos años seguidos que dade hace un dade xD.
