Scarra,Imaq ?? :o_o: I have a Dream!!!!!

Speaking to onGamers today, LMQ management revealed that Zhou "NoName" Qi-Lin, Li "Vasilii" Wei-Jun, and Xiao "ackerman" Wang have all voluntarily left the LCS team.
After making it to the Season 3 World Championship finals in 2013, ackerman agreed to compete with LMQ in North America for one year. Despite attempts by the organization to retain him, he has decided to return to China and possibly compete on an LPL team. His decision was motivated by his relationships with his girlfriend and friends, who he missed throughout his stay in Los Angeles.
Former Team Captain NoName is retiring as a player and returning to China where he is pursuing different opportunities in LoL esports. Vasilii is said to be looking for a new team in the North American LCS.
LMQ mid laner Yu "XiaoWeiXiao" Xian has committed to staying with the team for the 2015 season but negotiations are still ongoing with support player Zhang "Mor" Hong-Wei.
Regarding the changes, LMQ General Manager Alex Gu said, “I am the last person who wanted to see any of the players leave, but ultimately it is really up to them. I wish them the best in everything they do in the future.”
The departures leave at least the top, jungle, and AD carry positions open for the team. Due to the LCS’s newly implemented Interregional Movement Policy, the organization must fill those openings with either players from the North American region, or exempt non-residents (such as Dexter, Helios, etc.) unless either Mor or XiaoWeiXiao leave as well.
Vasilii posted a Weibo(chinese Twitter) yesterday about his quit.
" I've been working towards my dream since S1, and I never would have chosen to give up, but my family's burdens are becoming increasingly heavy. As a result, I'll have to earn more money to help support them. All of my family members are suffering from various diseases, and medical expenses are rapidly increasing. My father goes to bed at 2AM and wakes up at 6 in the morning just to deliver fast food, while my mother earns ¥1000 (around $163) per month and is oppressed by her boss daily. I don't know what to do, as I still would like to chase my dreams. As much as I want to win, I must deal with my family's responsibility first. I'm so conflicted, guys! What should I do?"
