Never mind, I found a great answer in another Thread. This isn't my solution, but I'll post it here for all of those having trouble:

Just to clarify some further points, in 'Expert Settings', you click 'Exclusions', and 'Add'. You should be able to find a file either titled 'Riot games', 'League of Legends', or something close to that description. Exclude it.

Then find your Virus Chest (located in 'Maintenance') and restore the 'LoLLauncher.exe' by right-clicking. Be VERY careful to only restore this file as any other viruses/malware that Avast has picked up will also be located there and you don't want to be restoring those.

Hope this helps any of you out there with the same Avast issue.

Por lo visto es culpa del Avast¡ que lo detecta como virus.

Sacado de reddit como arreglarlo yo le he hecho y funciona.

How to fix it!
Part 1: Adding the exclusion
Right click on Avast! icon in system tray (default bottom-right)
Click Open avast! user interface
Now select the Security tab
Under the Antivirus group, select File System Shield
Click the Settings button
Select the Exclusions tab
Add C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.38\deploy\LolClient.exe (default path)

Part 2: Restoring the file
Click the Maintenance tab
Click Virus Chest on the left
Right-click on LolClient.exe and choose Restore

yo llevo unos dias ingame con picos continuados de 400 ms, soy el unico al que le pasa? se que hace cuestion de una semana o menos habia problemas de lag generales, problemas en los servidores de EU, pero el ping no me subia en el contador. tiene pinta de que es un problema individual, pero queria confirmarlo.
