Delivery of Legendary Legacy item package
On Monday, 11th of June 2012, we will initiate the process to deliver the Legendary Legacy package to every qualified player.
You can find out more about the Legendary Legacy promotion on our website. There you will see a whole host of interesting information about the Legendary Legacy package and the items contained within. This article will also provide you with the information required to find out whether or not you qualify to receive the item package.
The package will be sent to accounts on Monday, 11th of June 2012. Please note that due to the scale of the operation taking place, package delivery will occur over a number of hours. Some users might receive the package today, others tomorrow. To retrieve the items contained within the package, go in-game, open the menu (Esc), go to "Activities", select “Item Claim” and click on the tab “One-Use Items”.
Important additional info:
Currently you will see each set of items in your Item Claim, but you can only redeem the class specific weapon that is associated with your character, as well as the accessories.
Items can only be claimed once with your character
Only existing characters will receive these items
Newly created characters won’t receive those items at this time
These items cannot be sold or traded
An interim solution is currently being used to deliver the package to you. We will work on implementing an improved solution that will allow you to claim the package with future characters.
