#26484 es exactamente lo que te digo, debería haberlo independientemente del patógeno.
Y no lo digo yo solo, también la OMS y otras organizaciones como ya te han mostrado antes en este hilo. Y eso que tenemos un organismo que solo se dedica a eso.

Question 1:
3.1.1a) Does the country have a national public health emergency response plan in place which addresses planning for multiple communicable diseases with epidemic or pandemic potential?
Score and/or Justification:
Spain has national public health emergency response plans in place which address planning for multiple communicable diseases with pandemic potential. While Spain does not have a national public health emergency response plan in place which addresses planning for multiple communicable diseases with pandemic potential, it has in place standalone emergency planning and response plans for a flu pandemic, and vector-borne diseases including chikungunya, dengue and Zika and a protocol for biological terrorism in case of an anthrax attack. [1,2,3]. All of these plans are standalone plans for single diseases, and are published separately by the Ministry of Health's emergency management agency, the Coordination Centre for Health Alerts and Emergencies (Centro de Coordination de Alertas y Emergencias Sanitarias, CCAES).
