Problema con MP3

hola!, se que no es el post adecuado en este apartado, pido 1000 disculpas..., pero lo hago porque es el único que veo que se refresca más los threads en estos momentos y donde veo que hay mas circuación de gente a estas horas!!

Veréis, mi problema es el siguiente:
el caso es que quiero renovar el firmware de mi repr. y tengo un problema para actualizarlo en el ZEN NANO Plus, al tenerlo conectado al pc mediante el cable USB 2.0, comprueba el archivo los posibles CRC de errores que haya pero éste me salta con un mensaje "Please Put Device in recovery mode before running firmware update", que debo de hacer?? que es eso de modo recuperacion???...

P.D: tuve que borrar toda la música, por ver si era un posible error de actualización.

doy mas datos --> firmware del repr. =ver 1.03.02
firmware pc =ver 1.10.03 (22 nov.)

Zen Neeon, Zen Nano, Zen Nano Plus, MuVo N200, V200, MuVo TX FM, MuVo TX, MuVo NX, and MuVo Players

Unplug the player from a computer if it is plugged
Install the latest driver if you have not done so. If you have a Creative MuVo, MuVo USB2.0, MuVo TX FM, MuVo N200, MuVo V200, Zen Nano, Zen Neeon or Zen Nano Plus player, you can download the file MStorage_PCDRV_LB_1_07_00_250.exe.
Remove the battery from the player (except Zen Neeon which has a built-in battery).
Press and hold the Play button while connecting the player to the USB port.
Continue to hold the Play button for about 10 seconds after connecting your player is connected to the USB port.
When the Find New Hardware dialog box appears on your computer screen, release the Play button.
If this is the first time a player is installed as Player Recovery Device, Windows will find a Player Recovery Device (or USB Device), and prompt you for drivers. Click on No, and select "Do not search. I will choose the driver to install". Windows will install the drivers automatically.
Once it is installed, you can then update the player's firmware.

me voy a volver loco colega!! yo tengo éste recien descargado de la pag. de creative --> "ZenNanoPlus_PCFW_LF_1_10_03.exe" conecto el mp3 al usb mantengo 10 seg. el boton del play, y no hace nada!!! alguna solucion??

pd. el paso 1,2 y 3 ya estan echos xD

vale, ahora ya esta todo echo, pero al terminar de actualizarlo me dice otro mensaje con: "media state is not initialized"

?¿?¿

edit: espera espera, veo mas cosas xD,Download Options "Format Data Area"

y un "Start" , no tendria que hacer una copia de seguridad del anterior version, por si acaso???
