Hola a todos, a ver si alguien me puede echar una mano porque estoy desesperado ya. En abrir de 2022 me compré un PC (especificaciones mas abajo) y desde hace 3-4 meses, después de X tiempo jugando a juegos que son relativamente exigentes, me creashean. La mayoría de las veces simplemente se me cierra el juego y y vuelvo al escritorio. Otras veces (1 de cada 10 o así) me da un pantallazo en negro en las que veo lineas rojas, verdes y azules con formas random y se me reinicia el PC.
Antes que nada, decir que no le hecho ninguna clase de Overclocking al PC.
Algunos datos:
- Al WoW puedo jugar horas y horas y NO me crashea NUNCA.
- Juegos en los que me pasa: Cyberpunk 2077, FIFA, Diablo 4, Baldur's Gate 3.
- Hice una limpieza del PC hace como 1 mes (le quité todo el polvo, tenía BASTANTE) y pude jugar al Diablo 4 sin problemas durante unas 2 semanas, luego volvió el mismo problema. El PC ya no tiene casi polvo...
- Probé a formatear el PC, instalar Windows 11 (tenía el 10), instalar todo de cero y NADA, sigue igual.
- A veces puedo estar 1-2 horas jugando al Baldurs Gate 3 sin que me pase, otras veces me pasa a los 5-10 minutos de empezar a jugar.
- He probado a bajar los gráficos de calidad ALTA a MEDIA y lo único que hace es retrasar el crasheo. Es decir, en calidad ALTA (o MUY ALTA) los juegos me crashean antes (a los pocos minutos), si bajo la calidad gráfica me crashean pero a veces puede tardar más. De todas maneras ahora mismo me acaba de crashear el BG3 a los 5 minutos de empezar a jugar en calidad MEDIA.
- Tengo actualizados los drivers de la gráfica (mas abajo especificaciones).
Posibles problemas que pienso que pueda ser:
- Se me calienta mucho la gráfica
- Se me calienta mucho la CPU
- La fuente de alimentación no está dando ya la suficiente potencia cuando empieza a calentarse?
Aquí dejo un reporte de OHM mientras estaba jugando y me crasheó en el que se pueden ver temperatura máxima que alcanzó la CPU (77º) y la gráfica (72º) y más datos que no sé interpretar si hay un problema.
