Outpost on Fire goes back to its roots. With the addition of Call of Duty 2 we are reaching out to the competitive Call of Duty 2 community who indicated they were interested in having an Outpost on Fire event as well. Although the event will be seperate from Outpost on Fire 3 for Call of Duty 4 and Counter-Strike Source, COD2 will now have its own event in September.
When? Friday 4th of September - Sunday 6th of September
Entrance Fee: Team registration costs 300 € for 5 players and one manager / extra player. Spectators can come for free but during games only 5+1 players can be present in the tournament area.
Prize money : A prize pot of € 3 000 has been guaranteed. If we reach the 16 teams, this will be increased to € 4 000. If even more teams enter the prize purse will continue to grow!
Where? Outpost, Antwerp, Belgium
The sign ups will open in one week to two weeks, we are still uncertain whether or not we will use the OOF3 website and open a different module or if we will do the signups via the forums (to make sure there is no confusion with the OOF.COD & CSS dates).
