Servicio pésimo. Creo que la gente que trabaja en soporte no tienen idea de como funciona Steam, no deben ser técnicos sino simples trabajadores que siguen un guion y hacen un copy & paste de un mensaje standard. Pido evidencias y que examinen que ha podido pasar y vuelven otra vez con un mensaje standard.
