Striker is also the guy who publicly shaded other kcorp players for losses, said Upset was in the wrong for supporting his wife during the worlds drama among other things. So yeah, I don’t care too much for what Striker says.
Edit: Went back to check and Striker actually joined in on making fun of Upset playing aram after he dropped out of worlds for his wife. Like I understand fans who have no insider sources participating in that behavior but an actual professional league coach? Crazy.

It has been known for a while that Striker and Rekkles didn’t get along. Striker didn’t want Rekkles in the first place, he had chosen Jackspectra and there were rumors he insulted Rekkles by telling him Jackspectra would have been better when they lost and generally putting the blame for losses on Rekkles. There are also rumors that Rekkles wanted Striker replaced as a coach because he thought he was bad (Rekkles himself hinted at something like that in the worlds streams) - he wanted Nalkya, the analyst instead. There were a lot of problems between those two, I just don’t think they were as one-sided as portrayed here.

There’s a bit in the KCorp documentary where they are playing random champs and are down 0-2 in a B05 and Rekkles complains about the drafts and keeps asking why they aren’t playing the things they practiced. They ended up winning that series after changing drafts. I did think at the time there was tension there.
