Pero claro, si la comunidad traga con eso al igual que con otras cosas anteriores, no hay prisa por fixearlo/sancionarlo ya que los jugadores están contentos (sobre todo los que han abusado de los bugs/exploits/dupeos/etc).
Chapó por Neowiz por vender un producto que es gratuito en otros sitios, seguramente han hecho más caja en EU/NA que en todo oriente y encima tienen una manada de perros defendiendoles. Solo espero que ésto no salpique a otros mmo's y que ese tipo de comunidad se quede en Bless por muchos años "disfrutando".

El equipo de soporte de Bless Online borró accidentalmente el personaje de un usuario de reddit hace 6 días y la única respuesta que le dan a los tickets que abre es cerrarle el ticket
6 days ago on 06/01/18, my lvl 44 guardian was deleted by a GM on accident in their attempt to respond to my ticket and transfer my 90 day premium membership from Tanara to Sforza (from the $149 Collector's Edition Founders Pack). When this happened I posted a thread about it on r/mmorpg that reached 400 upvotes before being removed by the mods.
In a nutshell: they only transferred my collector's founders pack initially, and when I responded to the ticket asking to also have my 90 day premium membership transferred as well, they fulfilled my request by gifting me the 90 day membership on steam 2 days later, but at the cost of deleting my character on Sforza and never telling me anything about it. They said nothing in the ticket when this happened, but its Last Activity was updated. This ticket activity, my character's deletion, and the steam gifts all happened within 2 minutes of each other. This ticket remained open when I responded to it afterwards, and was closed several days later with the same copy/paste answer discussed below.
I made a new ticket for this on that day (06/01/18) titled:"I left for 2 hours and my character disappeared...". It was finally responded to and closed today with this copy paste answer (which does nothing to address my deleted character): https://imgur.com/a/xVEoQ60

I responded to their copy/paste ticket response (which re-opened it automatically) telling them that the issue was that my character was deleted... and... they just copy/pasted the exact same message and closed the ticket again... screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/HD2ytih
I've tried contacting the community managers in the Bless discord and I was permanently banned from it without warning for bringing this up and asking them to look into it. A guildie was able to get a response from one of them in a discord dm and they advised that they can't view support tickets and I'd have to submit a ticket for help.
If anyone has any ideas on what I might be able to do to get my character back outside of the help desk, I'm all ears. Or if anyone has a way of contacting someone that could look into this for me, the relevant ticket numbers are #7553 and #9037. I'd greatly appreciate it.
