Jian "Uzi" Zihao has left Newbee's League of Legends team, formerly known as Qiao Gu, the organization announced Sunday.

Uzi joined QG in December as a substitute for Yu “Peco” Rui, and previously played for Royal Club and Oh My God. While with QG, Uzi placed first in Group A during the LPL Spring Season, then fourth in the playoffs after forfeiting their Semifinals match to EDward Gaming and losing 3-0 to Team WE in the Third Place Match. While with Royal Club, Uzi helped the team place second at the 2013 and 2014 World Championships.
During the 2016 LPL Spring Season, Uzi put up a 7.03 KDA across 17 games with 11 wins. Uzi is considered to be one of the strongest AD carries in League of Legends history, which led Royal Club to base much of their strategy around protecting him for most of the game until he was ready to carry through the late-game.
Qiao Gu renamed itself to Newbee earlier this week, retaining their roster. Uzi has yet to announce if he will be joining a new team.
